A pair of Renaissance Revival style drop earrings set in 14 Karat yellow gold. Circa 1860-1880. Each earring featuring a diamond shaped top embellished with a bezel set round mixed cut blue sapphire. Surmounting an articulated drop featuring a beaded oval link connected within a beaded circular link. The earrings come to a point embellished by a stylized stippled and etched leaf flanked by beaded scrolls and further embellished with granulation work. Long wire in the backs.
