Featuring a pair of bezel set heart shaped rubies, east west mounted between a small bezel set round brilliant cut diamond and flanked by channel set baguette cut diamonds. The low domed head is also embellished with pave' set round brilliant cut diamonds. The shank is tapered. Used.
